Blue Cheese Rib Eye Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 rib eye steaks (1-inch thick)
2 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
4 tsp. crumbled Blue cheese
4 tsp. plain low-fat yogurt
2 tsp. onion, minced
dash of pepper
1 large clove garlic, halved
1/2 tsp. salt, divided
2 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, Blue cheese, yogurt, onion and pepper; reserve.
Rub each side of steaks with garlic.
Grill to taste, seasoning with 1/4 teaspoon salt each side.
During last 5 minutes of grilling, top each steak with reserved cheese mixture. Garnish with parsley.
