Lucille'S Chess Pie(Yields 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 rounded Tbsp. plain flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt and flour.
    Add butter, lemon, eggs and milk.
    Beat slightly.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then reduce temperature to 250\u00b0 and bake another 60 minutes or until done.
