Honey Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. honey
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Beat egg, margarine and honey in bowl.
    Stir in flour mixture with milk and buttermilk just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in raisins and pecans.
    Spoon in a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake in a slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Remove bread from pan onto rack.
    Let stand overnight to slice.
