Ginger-Nut Chicken(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1 1/2 c. broccoli, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
    1/2 c. green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1/2 c. celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
    3 (1/8 inch) slices ginger root
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water, divided
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/3 c. dry roasted peanuts
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Place
    butter
    in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Microwave at High for 45 seconds or until melted.
    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
    Add to casserole.
    Coat with butter.
    Cover and microwave
    at
    High
    4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Add broccoli,
    onions,
    celery and ginger root.
    Microwave at High for 2 minutes.
