Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. rump roast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    8 small garlic cloves
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    5 c. hot water
Preparation
    Cook roast (uncovered) for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove roast; add water, bouillon and seasonings.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
    May be served hot.
    Make gravy using marinade. May be allowed to marinate in refrigerator.
    When cool (or next day), slice and reheat to serve.
    This makes great sandwiches or a main course.
