Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. rice
    pinch of salt
    1 qt. milk
    1 lump butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Stir sugar, rice and salt in a deep pan.
    Add milk and stir in butter.
    Place in preheated 400\u00b0 oven.
    Bake for 2 hours.
    After first hour, stir every 15 minutes until pudding thickens.
    Place in serving bowl, sprinkle with nutmeg and cool to room temperature before serving.
