Mildred'S Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. stock, milk or water
    5 c. cornbread
    5 c. biscuits
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. hot fat
    4 boiled eggs, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    4 c. stock
Preparation
    Soak cornbread and biscuits in 4 cups stock, milk or water. Cook onion and celery in hot fat until golden.
    Combine bread and onion mix with eggs, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
    Add 4 cups stock to moisten.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
