Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    1 yeast cake or 1 pkg. yeast
    plain flour (enough for stiff dough)
Preparation
    Add yeast to potato water to dissolve.
    In a good size bowl, put shortening, sugar, salt, mashed potatoes, milk and egg; beat well.
    Add yeast and flour (enough for stiff dough).
    Cover and let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Take out for few minutes.
    Roll out, place on pan.
    Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven. Will make about 60 rolls.
