Marinated Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove crushed garlic
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 lb. chuck roast
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in glass baking dish. Add meat and turn occasionally.
    Leave several hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in the marinade and covered.
    Remove meat from marinade.
    If using for gravy, let cool and skim fat before heating to serve.
