Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 1/4 Tbsp. dehydrated parsley
    1/4 stick butter
    6 Tbsp. chopped onion
    5 large potatoes
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled potatoes in enough water to cover them until tender.
    When cool, peel and cube potatoes.
    Mix with green pepper, grated cheese, onion, milk, salt and pepper.
    Place in a large casserole dish and pour melted butter over all.
    Sprinkle with fresh, chopped parsley.
    Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0, approximately 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
