Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter; add syrup and salt.
    Beat well.
    Blend in eggs, one at a time.
    Flour pecans and add.
    Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pie pan.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    I usually cover the edges with Reynolds Wrap so they don't get too brown.
