Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads cauliflower
    1 large jar pimentos
    1 large bell pepper
    4 to 5 green onions
    1 large can black olives
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/8 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Chop the first 5 ingredients into small pieces.
    Then mix with the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Season lightly with garlic, pepper and salt, if desired.
    Chill overnight.
