Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 cartons creamed cottage cheese
    1/3 lb. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese or Cracker Barrel
    6 eggs
    6 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cream cottage cheese in bowl and add unbeaten eggs.
    Cut or grate cheese and butter in pieces; add flour and stir.
    Add defrosted broccoli and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
