Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen peas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 jar pimentos
    1 stick butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 c. celery
    water chestnuts and mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Melt 1\tstick butter and saute onion, pepper and celery until tender.
    Mix
    together
    peas and mushroom soup. Add the pimentos and saute mixture. Stir with spoon until well mixed. Place\tin buttered
    casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
