Easy Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    16 oz. pkg. Green Giant American mixtures Seattle style frozen vegetables
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter until no longer pink in center; salt and pepper to taste.
    Add wine and vegetables; cover and simmer 7 to 10 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
    Arrange on serving platter.
    Sprinkle with basil.
    Makes 4 servings.
