Beer-Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. beer
1 lb. Monterey Jack, cut up
1 loaf French bread
Preparation

Melt butter in fondue pot.
Add cornstarch, paprika and mustard.
Add beer and stir until thickened, turning heat to medium.
Turn heat off and add cut up cheese.
Return to medium heat, stirring until cheese is melted.
Turn back to low and dip cubes of bread on forks.
