Fish Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. haddock
1/3 c. mayo
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Spread fillets with mayo.
Mix cheese and crumbs.
Roll fish in mixture.
Place in buttered pan.
Top with rest of crumbs. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
