Schaum Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture will hold its own weight.
    Add vanilla and vinegar. Pour into a spring cake form.
    Bake in slow oven (300\u00b0) for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool.
