Paella(Party Fare) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chicken, cut in 2-inch portions
    1 pt. cooked giblets, diced (save stock)
    12 unshucked mussels
    12 unshucked clams
    1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled
    2 c. rice with saffron
    2 c. peeled tomatoes, diced
    1 lb. Italian or Spanish style sausage
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    2 small onions, diced
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    4 stalks celery, diced
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Note:
    A traditional Paella pan or a large open pan with a fairly thick bottom should be used as this is a slow cooked one pan preparation.
