New Year'S Pork-N-Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. pork roast
    2 cans sauerkraut
    sage
    basil
    oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place pork roast, fat side up, and rub with spices.
    Place sauerkraut around roast and cover halfway with water.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 4 hours.
    After about 3 1/2 hours, uncover and let cook dry for the last half hour.
