Molly'S Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. raisins
5 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. butter
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. caraway seed
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Soak raisins in hot water for 10 minutes.
Combine dry ingredients.
Melt butter and combine with dry ingredients.
Drain raisins and combine with dry ingredients. Combine eggs and buttermilk; beat thoroughly.
Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients.
Stir or knead until thoroughly mixed.
Bake in two regular size loaf pans for 1 hour (375\u00b0).
