Classic Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid red-pepper seasoning
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 carrots
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, carrots, salt, pepper and liquid red-pepper seasoning in large bowl.
    Add basic dressing made of mayonnaise, sour cream and Dijon mustard.
    Stir until cabbage is evenly coated with dressing.
