Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry diet gelatin
2 c. cranberries, chopped
2 small apples, chopped
10 pkg. sugar substitute with Aspartame
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2 c. hot water
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 small oranges, chopped
1/8 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Add fruit to gelatin and process until fairly smooth. Add sugar substitute and extracts.
Chill until set.
