Chocolate Pie(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. cocoa
3 eggs
1/2 stick oleo
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Scald milk in microwave.
Combine dry ingredients and stir into milk.
Beat the egg yolks and add gradually, stirring constantly.
Add salt and oleo.
Return to microwave and heat on High 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir and return again and heat 3 to 4 more minutes or until thick.
Add vanilla.
Cool and pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue made of the 3 egg whites.
Bake until meringue is brown.
