Tammy'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. sugar
16 oz. chocolate chips
2 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. maraschino cherries
1 c. golden raisins

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add 1/2 flour; mix well.
Set aside.
Mix nuts, chocolate chips and raisins with the other half of the flour.
Add to egg mixture. Will be very stiff, use hands. Bake in greased and floured loaf or Bundt pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool in pan completely before removing.
