Oven Fried Chicken Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken legs and thighs, skinned and trimmed of fat
    skim or low-fat milk (for soaking the chicken) *
    1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs or cereal crumbs
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper or to taste
Preparation
    *I use powdered milk, mixed.
