Mexicale Pork Chop Casserole(4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless pork lean chops
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped green bell peppers
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can green chile pepper, drained
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown chops in hot mixture.
Saute green peppers and onion in skillet until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Bring to boil.
Spoon into 3-quart casserole.
Arrange pork chops on top.
Bake, covered, for 35 minutes; uncovered 15 minutes longer.
