Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. corn meal
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. lemon rind
9-inch pie pastry
Preparation

Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry.
Put in a large bowl sugar, flour and corn meal.
Toss lightly with a fork.
Add eggs (unbeaten), butter (melted), milk and lemon rind and juice.
Beat with mixer until smooth and blended well.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cut warm.
