Mustard Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. arm roast
    salad oil
    garlic salt
    pepper
    chili powder
    plain prepared mustard
Preparation
    Prick with large fork all over both sides of meat.
    Pour small amount of oil on meat and rub in.
    Slit fat to keep from curling. Cover each side with garlic salt, pepper, chili powder and mustard.
    Lay on platter.
    Marinate 2 to 4 hours.
