Sally'S Green Noodle Lamb Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. ground lamb
1/2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. spinach noodles
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Add garlic and onion.
Saute onion until transparent.
Add lamb and brown; drain off fat.
To lamb add water, soup, tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.
Simmer mixture gently.
When ready to assemble, layer lamb, noodles and cheese and repeat.
Bake 15 minutes, covered, at 350\u00b0 in 8 x 12-inch pan (sprayed with Pam) for 15 minutes.
Serves 8.
