Freezer Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    35 to 40 ears corn
    1 lb. oleo (I use 1/2 lb.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. whipping cream
    1/3 c. whole milk
Preparation
    Cut corn off cobs in large pan.
    Mix in remaining ingredients and place in oven at 325\u00b0.
    Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from oven and place in sink that has been filled with ice water.
    Package and freeze when corn has cooled.
