Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. squash
    2 c. onion
    2 large bell peppers
    1 large jar pimentos
    2 c. vinegar
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Soak squash overnight in refrigerator covered in water with 1/2 cup salt. Drain salt water off squash and wash well and drain again.
