Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in well buttered loaf pan.
