Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 lb.) boned chicken breasts
    1 (2 lb.) can Silver Floss sauerkraut, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices
    1 large size bottle Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    In a 3-quart baking dish, spoon Thousand Island dressing to cover bottom of dish.
    Arrange chicken breasts in serving sized pieces.
    Place drained sauerkraut on top of chicken.
    Arrange Swiss cheese slices on top of sauerkraut.
    Lastly, pour the entire bottle of dressing over all.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
