Cajun Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast
    1 c minced garlic
    1 jar banana peppers
    black pepper
    1 large cooking bag
Preparation
    Poke holes in the roast. In each hole put 1 pepper, and a pinch of garlic. Put as many holes as you desire. Sprinkle black pepper over the top of the roast. Place in cooking bag. Cook until done.
