Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 flour tortillas
    2 large onions
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    2 c. cooked turkey or chicken, diced
    2/3 c. whipping cream
    2 c. Jack cheese
    jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Microwave tortillas until soft (45 seconds).
    Fry onion, thinly sliced, in 2 tablespoons butter until almost brown.
    Remove from heat; add chicken, pimentos, peppers, cream cheese and sour cream.
    Toss lightly; season with salt.
