Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    beans (black, kidney or refried), drain if needed
    chopped tomato
    green chilies
    picante sauce (mild, medium or hot)
    16 oz. sour cream
    Monterey Jack cheese
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry onion and beef.
    Drain as needed.
    Add beans, tomato, chilies and picante sauce.
    Keep liquid to a minimum.
    Stir while heating to warm.
    Place in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan or serving dish.
    Cover mixture with sour cream.
    Layer cheeses on top to cover.
    Bake until hot and cheese melts.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
