Mexican Mole Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. stewing chicken
    1/2 c. bacon drippings
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. tomato juice
    8 oz. can tomato puree
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Simmer chicken until tender.
    Cool in broth.
    Skin, bone and cut in small pieces.
    Heat bacon drippings.
