Deep Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 lb. unsalted butter, at room temperature
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 12-cup Bundt pan.
    In medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    In separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat in vanilla, then flour mixture in at 3 parts at a time, alternating in the sour cream.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle the powdered sugar over top.
