Chicken Bits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken cutlets, cut in strips
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Egg and bread chicken pieces.
    Fry until brown and drain. Place in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over chicken and cover with the soup and wine.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
    Recipe can be multiplied for larger portions.
