Marinated Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw carrots, sliced diagonally
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    1 c. yellow onions, sliced
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup (unsalted)
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. polyunsaturated oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Boil sliced carrots in a small amount of unsalted water until tender, but crisp.
    Combine ingredients for the sauce and mix well.
    Add the green pepper and onions.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over carrots.
    Refrigerate for 48 hours before serving.
