Pecan Pie Mini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. butter, melted (no substitute)
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, flour and pecans. Set aside. Combine butter and eggs; mix well. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened. Fill greased and floured mini muffin pan until 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until muffins test done. Remove immediately to cool on wire rack. Yield: about 2 1/2 dozen.
