Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 qt. popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Place popcorn into 2 large mixing bowls.
    Mix sugar, butter, syrups and salt in a medium saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and let boil 5 minutes on medium heat.
    Stir in vanilla and soda.
    Mix well.
    Slowly pour over popcorn.
    Stir in well.
    Drop into a greased jelly roll pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Don't stir.
    Store in an airtight bowl.
