Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    less than 1 c. chopped onion
    8 medium green peppers
    4 medium tomatoes
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Halve and seed peppers. Boil peppers 3 minutes. Drain. Brown hamburger, drain off fat. Mix hamburger with all other ingredients, except green peppers. Fill pepper halves with meat mix. Refrigerate or freeze. Heat before serving.
