Portuguese Corn Bread(Pao De Milko) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. water
    2 c. white corn flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
    Let stand 5 minutes until double.
    Place flour in large bowl.
    Add yeast and 2 cups of warm water.
    Mix and knead for 5 minutes.
    Cover and let rise until double in bulk.
    Bring 2 cups of water and salt to a boil.
    Pour boiling water over corn meal flour. Mix very fast.
    Cool.
