Low-Fat Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/3 c. nonfat milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 1/2 c. fructose or 2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. cocoa powder
    1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix together egg whites, nonfat milk, vanilla, fructose and applesauce.
    Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into liquid mixture and mix well.
    Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into an 8-inch pan, sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Cool and cut into 16 bars.
