Pat'S Irish Cream Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Irish cream liqueur
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy at medium speed of an electric mixer. Gradually add sugar, beating 5 minutes or until thick and lemon colored.
    Reduce speed to low; gradually add milk, liqueur and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, beating until combined.
    Chill thoroughly.
