Ingredients

vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained (reserve 1/3 c. liquid)
1 egg
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mustard Sauce
Preparation

Heat oil (3 to 4 inches) in deep fat fryer to 375\u00b0.
Mix baking mix, cheese, onions, clams, reserved clam liquid, the egg and Worcestershire sauce just until blended.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown on all sides, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes; drain on paper towels.
Serve with Mustard Sauce.
Makes about 3 dozen appetizers.
