Cold Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cucumbers
4 c. green tomatoes
2 c. onions
2 red sweet peppers
1 red hot pepper
Preparation

Put in bowl.
Add 3 or 4 tablespoons salt.
Stir a few times and let sit 1/2 hour.
Drain.
Add 4 cups white sugar.
Add vinegar (enough to make juicy).
Add more sugar if you want to. Put in gallon jar in refrigerator to keep.
