Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
5 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour and salt.
Combine egg, water and vinegar and beat.
Pour liquid into flour mixture all at once. Blend with spoon until flour is moistened.
Can be kept in refrigerator or frozen up to 2 weeks.
Roll out on floured dough board.
Line pie plate and bake.
